I’m the author and owner of the Salty Dumpling, the Sydney-based food and restaurant review publication. I’ve created this website as an outlet to share my passion for food, and I hope my sharing my personal experiences with you I’m able to give some love to local businesses and communities.
I’m a sucker for overpriced pastries and custard-based desserts. I love a good barbeque and I absolutely hate chips on a stick both as a $8 food truck item and as a concept. My ideal weekend starts with an oat flat white and my favourite comfort movie is Ratatouille.
